HERE ARE THE 20 TIPS YOU ASKED FOR TO HELP YOU GET THROUGH THE "I SUCK AT EVERYTHING" FEELING!

10 TIPS FROM COACHING EXPERTS

I turned to the advice of my entrepreneurial coach colleagues, and here are the Top 10 Tips they gave:
-
Set the clock for 3 minutes and start to list everything you are grateful for. Every moment you can, recall someone saying THANK YOU because your gift made a difference in their life.
-
Find a favorite worship song, sing it over and over as you lift your hands.
-
It takes 8 minutes for your mind to shift from one state to another. Gratitude and praise for 8 minutes.
-
Take a deep breath and clear your mind. We tend to focus on negatives instead of positives. Recall the times you felt this way before and how you overcame. You can do it again.
-
Quote scripture: You are fearfully and wonderfully made! If God is for us, who can be against us?
-
Go to Goodwill and shop.
-
Clean the house.
-
Go for a hike.
-
Read an inspirational book.
-
Talk with a friend who knows you well and LISTENS.

MY PERSONAL TOP 10 TIPS FOR GETTING THROUGH "I SUCK AT EVERYTHING!"

What do I do to overcome? As a coach, I teach business women to do this all the time. My expertise comes from true life experience, and I have these days! My remedy is:
-
Slow down and give yourself time to process what is happening in your mind.
-
Journal your thoughts, capturing each one with as much detail as possible.
-
Reread the journal entry and see what you NOTICE.
-
Pick words and phrases out that you know logically are not true- they are more of a feeling of hurt, fear, discouragement.
-
Reframe the words and write them down in your journal.
-
Ask, what's causing this? What is at the root of this?
-
Practice the law of replacement: make statements that are positive.
-
Pray the scriptures out loud. Particularly in the Psalms, and specifically Psalm 37 and Isaiah 60.
-
Tell the devil to SHUT UP. You've been given power over ALL the enemy (Luke 10:19).
-
Drink coffee.
